At CVM Mediation, we specialise in providing expert mediation services tailored to your needs. Our experienced professionals are dedicated to helping you resolve conflicts efficiently and amicably. Unlike the court process mediation is voluntary as a participant you control the mediation process and are free to progress or withdraw at any time.
As your mediator our role will be to create a safe space to allow participants to explore the dispute and their expectations for how it might be resolved, test potential solutions and as necessary reframe their thinking on one some or all of the issues at the core of the dispute.

Carlison Morris
Carlison is a chartered accountant with over 30 years experience of acting for large and small organisations. across many industries and sectors.
Carlison is an experienced executive and seasoned negotiator. His own experience of taking cases through the civil courts stoked Carlson's interest in civil and commercial mediation and other forms of alternate dispute resolution.
Done well ADR and mediation specifically can significantly reduce the cost and stress of resolving disputes whilst avoiding the adversarial nature of the court process. This is especially important where the participants may wish to preserve or at the very least limit the damage to their personal / professional relationships.
** More complex cases are not eligible for the fixed fee service. If your case is not eligible, please contact us and we will provide a fee quote. Cases not eligible for the Fixed Fee service include: Disputes between more than two parties. CPR Part 8 Claims, employment disputes, discrimination & harassment, commercial property disputes involving rights of way or boundary issues, clinical negligence, personal injury, defamation, intellectual property, insolvency, declaratory relief, HRA 1998 Claims, tax, regulatory, Judicial Review, administrative and other specialist proceedings, complex proceedings involving multiple heads of claim, and long-running cases where substantial legal costs have been incurred which combined with the claim value far exceed the fee tier threshold. Disputes that have non-monetary claims as a part of the dispute. Disputes with a combined claim and counterclaim value in excess of £250,000. Disputes outside the jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.

We will contact all participants to confirm the details of the mediation including expected cost, date for the mediation participants and timelines for any submissions.
Participants to agree what goes into mediators bundle and which of them is responsible for preparing it. Bundles should be received no less than 5 working days before the mediation appointment.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the dispute the mediator may wish to meet with each participant privately to confirm understanding of the dispute and of the process this may be at the appointment or the day(s) leading up to it.
Participants attend the mediation appointment.
Mediator provides neutral and objective support to all participants.
The participants successfully resolve their dispute.
